Lot 12 - The Blanket Bay Block
Northeastern Alpine zone. 2.59ha – 6.40 acres. One of the few sites which offers a view down from this elevated position and towards the Northwest to Blanket Bay. This block sits on a distinct bluff or ridgeline providing a 270 degree panorama including some sightlines to the main road, although this view could be easily ameliorated by judicious design and house placement. Lot 12 is an extremely private site with few immediate neighbours as it is surrounded by Native Vegetation Preserve.
