Lot 17 - The Richardson Mountain Block
Northeastern Alpine zone. 3.03ha – 7.50 acres. This elevated site is one of the few in the northern half of the Preserve which offers views of both Lake Wakatipu and Lake Fyfe, the signature waterway of Wyuna Preserve. Depending on the building platform chosen the block offers near 360 degree views. The northeastern view is slightly obscured but the views to the west and northwest are spectacular.
