Lot 25 - The Escarpment Block
Saddle Zone. 2.50ha – 6.18 acres. This block has strong visual connection to the Lake and the natural aspect is west and north. The view to the east is obscured by close rolling hillsides. The block takes its names form a steep escarpment which drops away from the front or north of the site towards Lake Wakatipu and which obscures visual contact with the main road. The building platform is flat; in fact it must be one of the most evenly contoured sites in the Preserve. From this location the occupant would enjoy a panoramic, sweeping view taking in the Dart and Rees rivers delta and Mt Earnslaw.
