Lot 28 - The Lake Fyfe Block
Lake Fyfe zone. 2.86ha – 7.08acres. This is the only block that does not feature views of Lake Wakatipu from the building site. The Lake Fyfe Block Block sits in a natural and highly sheltered amphitheatre in the ‘second’ roll of hills as the undulating topography moves to the east. The aspect looks directly onto Lake Fyfe with Mt Earnslaw in the background to the north.
