Lot 6 - Lake Wakatipu Block
Northern Lowland zone. 2.30 – 5.67 acres. This lot is the lowest of the zone and has the clearest visual link with the Lake. The site looks directly onto the southern end of the Glenorchy airstrip with excellent views towards Mt Earnslaw and the upper lake. Careful construction will be required to block out the view to the main highway. The lower elevation of this site gives it a connectness to the lake than can only be rivaled by lots 21 and 22.
